I received my Chole' tote bag as birthday gift. It was delivered by carrier since my friend and I live in different states. The tote was packaged in a custom-designed box with a beautiful ribbon, and inside was a note from the designer, along with life-time warranty information. The tote itself is beautiful! It's made with thick, strong canvas and super soft leather. Mine is black with nickel finishings. You can see the love and care that went into this product in every facet of the design. It has a large pocket inside, a clip for holding a keyfob, and feet on the bottom to protect the canvas. I look forward to taking it with me to Italy in the fall.
